Ask your AI assistant about Chicago parking
Add Autopilot America to ChatGPT, Claude, or any assistant that accepts a connector (MCP) web address. Then just ask.
https://www.autopilotamerica.com/api/mcpFree. No sign-in. It never looks up license plates.
Say “handle my tickets” with your plate and it hands you one link with your plate filled in. Sign and pay there once, and from then on we check your plate for new Chicago tickets and contest them by mail. Card details and your signature never go through the chat.
Things you can ask
- “Handle my Chicago tickets. My plate is ABC1234, Illinois.”
- “When is street cleaning at 2300 N Lincoln Ave?”
- “Do I need a permit to park at 1710 S Clinton St?”
- “I got a Chicago street cleaning ticket. Should I contest it?”
- “How often do expired meter tickets get thrown out?”
Add it to Claude
Customize → Connectors → + Add → Add custom connector. Give it a name, paste the address above, and click Continue. Free Claude accounts can add one custom connector.
Add it to other assistants
Look for “connectors”, “apps”, or “MCP servers” in the assistant's settings and paste the same address.
Members: ask about your own tickets
Use this address instead and sign in with your Autopilot America account. Then ask “Do I have any tickets?” or “When do I need to move my car?” The assistant can only read your account. It can't mail letters, pay, or change settings.

Street cleaning dates and permit zones come from City of Chicago records. Ticket dismissal rates come from the City's own hearing records, which we got through Illinois public records requests. It's general information, not legal advice.
